What is ConnectSuite e-Validate?

ConnectSuite e-Validate is a powerful, user-friendly tool that can identify and repair bad addresses.

Let e-Validate do the hard work, in three easy steps:

  1. Upload your contact list
  2. Map your data
  3. Submit your file to be cleansed

Address information is verified against the USPS® database and incorrect data is identified and automatically corrected.

Enhance your contact lists even more, by adding Data Services such as email append or validation, phone append or reverse phone look up, identify the head of household, and more.

ConnectSuite e-Validate; the only tool needed to end Undeliverable-as-Addressed mail.


CASS (USAddressCorrection)

The US Address Correction service performs CASS Certified™ address correction. The service standardizes address abbreviations and address formats, corrects the spelling of streets and cities, increases the likelihood of deliverability and adds missing postal data including nine-digit ZIP® codes. Infuse will also include additional address and mailing information based on DPV®, LACSLink® and SuiteLink® processing.

Input Fields

The most commonly used fields for this service are listed in the USAddressCorrectionField enumeration.

Required Input Fields

This service requires both address fields and name fields as input.

Address Fields

This service requires address information as input. As a general rule, at minimum, the service requires the AddressLine1, City, State, and ZipCode fields. If these individual fields are not available, you can use the AddressBlock field.

There are other alternate combinations that can work. For more information, please see Supplying Required Address Information.

Name Fields

This service requires name information as input. As a general rule, at minimum, the service requires the FirstName and LastName fields. If these individual fields are not available, you can use the FullName field.

There are other alternate combinations that can work. For more information, please see Supplying Required Name Information.

In addition to the required fields, MiddleName and NameSuffix are optional, and are used by the service if present in the record.

Business

SuiteLink® requires inclusion of the Business field.

The Business field is only required for SuiteLink®; it is not required for the additional address correction capabilities of the USAddressCorrection service.

Output Fields

Output fields populated by this service include:

NCOA (USChangeOfAddress)

NCOA is a secure dataset of approximately 160 million permanent change-of-address (COA) records consisting of the names and addresses of individuals, families and businesses who have filed a change-of-address with the USPS®.

Developed with secure data store technology to increase security of postal customer data and protect the privacy of this information, NCOA enables mailers to process mailing lists and update lists with new addresses prior to mailing. NCOA can be integrated into mailers’ in-house computer systems to provide services or use internally. The use of the NCOALink is only available through licenses from the USPS.
